When are you open?
We're open Tuesdays and Fridays, 12-6, and Saturdays, 10-4. (Our unique business hours allow me to work in personally finding and selecting every piece you find in the store, while handling your shipping and customer service issues as well.)
Where is Blueberry Gal?
Blueberry Gal is located in Fairview, in Cullman, Alabama. We're in a rural location, which allows for those amazing prices you see here and in the store. Stop and shop at 3465 County Road 1518, Cullman, AL 35058.
Can I return purchases?
Blueberry Gal has a 14-day exchange period on regularly priced merchandise. Keep your sales ticket, or your packing slip. Items that are new and unworn WITH tags attached that were purchased at full price may be exchanged within two weeks. Just bring your new merchandise in, and you can swap for the size you need.
ALL items that are on sale, clearance, or marked down are FINAL SALES. No exchanges or returns, no exceptions.
When returning via mail, be positive to get a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER from customer service. Items mailed back without a RMA will be returned.
When exchanging, the customer is responsible for return postage and postage back to you.
Again, you must have a RMA marked on the outside of your package; instructions will be given when you secure your RMA.
What payment forms may I use in the store?
We gladly process all credit and debit cards, good old American cash, and checks that are verified.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! We are glad to offer gift certificates in any amount.

How do you offer such great prices?
I value my customers and my business. I handpick all items that are in the store and on the website, and I take much time to find the perfect pieces, and then I find the best prices. I travel to market and have forged great relationships with my vendors over the past five years. I continually strive to make sure that my prices are the best you can find, and that my items are superior in quality.
How long will it take my item to ship?
Shipping time is 7-10 days, and your purchase ships via USPS mail with delivery confirmation. You may ask about expedited shipping for an additional price if you need your item(s) sooner.
What if I have a problem with my order?
We strive to make every purchase easy, but we're human, and if there's an error in your order, we strive to make it right.
Contact us immediately at the number on your packing slip, and we'll take care of you. Please contact us within 24-hours of receiving your item.
How do I care for my items?
All items include care instructions on the garment tag. We suggest you follow those washing instructions to take the best care of your purchase. I personally handwash and hang to dry all of my garments. This allows the garment to stay in like-new condition.
What if I ruin my garment in the wash?
This may seem like a strange question, but we see it too often. Those washing instructions and suggestion to hand-wash are given for a reason. We can't take a return or exchange on washed merchandise. Please take extra care to keep your garments looking great by handwashing ALL of your purchases.
